Yesterday night we had dinner w/ a friend. She was talking to Kenzie about her nephew. Kenzie wanted to know what a nephew was. I told her that a nephew was a "boy neice." This made sense since she knows she is a girl & a neice. Anyway, the friend said something to Kenzie about if her uncle had a son it would be Mommy's nephew. I chuckled & said,
"My brother is not having any children."
Kenzie looked at me & said, "Why not? Doesn't he know I love kids?!?!?!"
Well then, I promise to always act like one. :-)

ReplyDeleteI just love that picture. Kenzie was so proud to be Uncle Jason and Aunt Grace's flower girl that day. And she loved dancing with her uncle Jason.
